FACEIT level, ELO and matches come from FACEIT. Premier rating, Competitive and Wingman ranks and the performance ratings come from Leetify. Hours, career stats and bans come from Steam.
The FACEIT card only fills in when the Steam account is linked to a FACEIT account that has played CS2. A player who has never used FACEIT has nothing to show there.
They are read from Leetify, which only has data for players who have signed up there. A player who isn't on Leetify has no Premier rating or ranks to show.
Steam hides them unless the profile's game details are public. In Steam, open Edit Profile, then Privacy Settings, and set Game details to Public.
Yes. The Steam card shows any VAC, game, trade or community ban on the account's record, and marks the account as clean when there are none.
